Libya will implement the operation of Electronic Cargo Tracking Note

Dear customer,

Libya will implement the operation of Electronic Cargo Tracking Note since Nov.01.2015. The financial minister and custom of Libya appoints Antaser International Group to release and administrate the ECTN. 
For all the cargo which export or import to Libya (including the transit), the shipper or agent need to show the ECTN of the loading port and submit it to the Antaser International Group for check. Each BOL should contain at least one ECTN which needs to be shown on the BOL and cargo manifest. Any other fee such as shipment delay will be on customer if the ECTN is failed to be shown on the material which is submitted by the customer. 
ECTN needs to be shown and confirmed before the loading in the port and act as the necessary term for custom clearance. The invalid ECTN will lead to the fail of the custom clearance and will produce a corresponding fine until the valid ECTN will be submitted. Please register on the Antaser International Group website to do the relevant operation.
