Nigeria cargo Commission announced to implement the plan to Statement the goods in advance since November 3, 2015. This plan is based on the 


website www.acdnigeria.com. All of the consignee who export goods to Nigeria must register on the website www.acdnigeria.com in order to get 


the Entry Summary Number (ENS), submit this number to the carrier and show it on BOL and cargo manifest.
